# I don't have an account. Can I still join a Room?

### Joining as a Guest

If you are a guest, joining another user's room without an account is as simple as following the invitation link. Once you do this, you'll be prompted to either enter using your desired Display Name or sign in to an existing account. You can also click on the Sign-Up button to create an account prior to entering the Room.

Joining as a guest is only available if the host of the Scootaverse has set this feature. Contact the host of your Scootaverse if you are not able to join as a guest.
