# Account profile (admins)

The **Account Profile** page holds your organization's details, the email domains that belong to it, how people can sign in, and company-wide AI settings.

## Open Account Profile

Select **Admin** in the top navigation, then **Account Profile**.

## Organization details

Under **Edit Organization Profile**, update **Organization Name**, **Organization Web Address**, and the address fields (**Address 1**, **Address 2**, **City**, **State**, **Zip**). Click **Save**.

## Email domains

Under **Manage Organization Email Domain(s)**, add the domains your company uses for email. A domain must be verified before employees can use their email address to join your company.

1. Click **Add** and enter the domain.
2. Click **Save**.
3. Click **Verify**, enter an email address at that domain, and Scoot sends it a verification link.
4. Open the link. The domain's status changes from **Unverified** to **Pending** to **Verified**.

Verification includes all subdomains. To turn that off, contact [support@scoot.app](mailto:support@scoot.app).

## Sign-in methods

Under **Sign-in methods**, choose how people at your company can sign in: **Google**, **Microsoft**, **Apple**, and **Email and password**. Turning a method off takes effect immediately, and anyone signed in with that method is signed out.

* At least one sign-in method must stay enabled.
* You cannot turn off the method you are signed in with. Sign in another way to change it.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Availability depends on your plan and account settings.

## AI features

Under **AI features**, turn **Facial sentiment detection** on or off. When it is on, Scoot reads general facial expressions during meetings to improve live advice and summaries. Turning it off hides the option for everyone at your company.
