# Finding your meetings, recordings, and summaries

The **Meetings** page lists the meetings you hosted or attended, with their recordings, transcripts, and summaries in one place. Admins can also see meetings across the company.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Availability depends on your plan and account settings.

## Open the Meetings page

On Scoot Home, select **Meetings** in the top navigation.

Meetings show up once they have been summarized.

## My Meetings and Company Meetings

* **My Meetings**: meetings you hosted or attended.
* **Company Meetings**: meetings hosted by anyone in your company. Only admins see this tab.

Use the search box to find a meeting by name.

## What each column shows

| Column | Shows |
| - | - |
| **Meeting** | The meeting name. |
| **Date + Time** | When it took place. |
| **Duration** | How long it lasted. |
| **Host** | Who hosted it. |
| **Attendees** | Who attended. The calendar invite may list more people. |
| **Artifacts** | Icons for **Recording**, **Transcript**, and **Summary**. |
| **Status** | **Processing**, **Complete**, or **Failed**. |

Hover over an artifact icon to see its state. For example, a summary icon may say **Open your summary** or **Open host summary**, and other icons may say the item is still processing, failed to process, or was off for this meeting. Click an available icon to open or download it.

## Download or rename a meeting

Open the three-dot menu on a meeting row:

* **Download recording**
* **Download transcript**
* **Rename** (only on meetings you can manage)

Attendees may see a recording icon but not be able to download the recording.

## Turn recording and summaries on for a room

Recordings, transcripts, and summaries depend on your room settings. See [Room Settings](https://docs.scoot.app/help-articles/scoot-home/room-settings.md).
