Key Pricing Principles
Single Tier Model: Unlike traditional platforms, Scoot Engage has only one feature tier. Every customer gets access to all features regardless of their capacity level. The only factor that affects pricing is your concurrent attendee capacity. License Structure: One Scoot Engage license enables hosting a single meeting, webinar, or event at any one time. If you need to host multiple simultaneous events, you’ll need multiple licenses. Capacity Definition: A license capacity refers to the maximum number of concurrent attendees in your Scootaverse at any single time. For example, a 300-person capacity license can have more than 300 people join throughout the day, as long as no more than 300 are present simultaneously. Temporary overage options are available upon request.Payment Options
