Admins can connect Scoot to Salesforce or HubSpot so contact and event data flow between them. You need admin access in Scoot and credentials from your CRM.

Open Integrations

Select Admin in the top navigation, then Integrations. The Applications page lists your connections.

Create a connection

  1. Click Create New Connection.
  2. Under Which Type of application would you like to connect?, choose Salesforce Sales Cloud or HubSpot CRM, then click Continue.
  3. Enter a Connection Name and your credentials:
    • Salesforce: under Salesforce Login, enter Salesforce Org URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret. You can find these in Salesforce under Settings > API Connections > credentials.
    • HubSpot: under HubSpot Integration, enter your API Key. You can find it in HubSpot under Apps > Auth.
  4. Turn on Enable Integration.
  5. Under Record matching criteria, choose how Scoot matches contacts: Email, or First Name, Last Name, and Email.
  6. Click Continue.
When you see Application Connection Success!, choose what to set up next: Set up Brain Sync, Smart Badge Data Mappings, or Not now. If your CRM is not listed, contact support@scoot.app.

Data mappings

Data mappings connect event data in Scoot, such as Smart Badge answers, to fields in your CRM.
  1. On the Integrations page, open Data Mappings.
  2. Click Create New Mapping, or select an existing mapping.
The list shows each mapping’s Mapping Name, Application, Event Attached, Last Sync Time, Status, and Health. Open a mapping’s three-dot menu to View Details, Sync, Duplicate, or Delete it.

Brain Sync

Brain Sync keeps contacts, accounts, and opportunities in step between your CRM and The Brain.
Availability depends on your plan and account settings.
